Volunteers are needed to work at the swap. If you can help out with a couple hours of your time, please sign up below. Please only sign up if you are available to WORK at the swap. Do NOT sign up if you are just attending as a spectator. If you are attending as a vendor, you must send a registration form with payment. You can obtain a registration form by clicking on the Swap and Shop Flyer above.
The following positions are needed:
Gate (take money, hand out tickets, stamp hands, count spectators). Available shifts are 8:00 - 10:30 (3 needed), 10:30 - 12:30 (4 needed) and 12:30 - 2:30 (4 needed).
Security (ensure that spectators go through gate). Available shifts are 6:30 - 8:00 (3 needed), 8:00 - 10:30 (3 needed), 10:30 - 12:30 (2 needed) and 12:30 - 2:30 (3 needed).
Cleanup (ensure the swap area is cleaned up). 2:30 - completion.
